ur wild Venison Haunch steaks are wonderfully lean and gamey.  Boasting less fat than alternative beef or lamb streaks.  Quickly pan fry with butter and garlic, allowing plenty of time to rest. 

Our sustainable venison is sourced direct from our farm by expert stalkers who cover over 1000 acres of arable land, pastures and woodlands. Strictly wild and never reared.  Cut and dressed by our master butcher. 

Storage:

Your meat will arrive frozen. When your meat arrives, simply pop it into your freezer.  Defrost in your fridge until fully thawed, then allow the beef to come up to room temperature before cooking.
