Topside Roasting Joint

Grass-fed, 28-day aged topside roasting joint.  A tender, lean and flavourful choice for a traditional Sunday Roast!

Weight per person:

We recommend 250g per person.   Therefore, 1kg joint serves up to 4, 1.5kg serves 6 and 2kg serves up to 8 portions. 

Storage:

Your meat will arrive frozen. When your meat arrives, simply pop it into your freezer.  Defrost in your fridge until fully thawed, then allow the beef to come up to room temperature before cooking.
