Beef skirt is a long, thin cut of beef also known as Hanger Steak. It has an intense beefy flavour due to the fat marbling which makes it excellent for grilling, frying and on the BBQ. Try cutting it into strips and use for Fajitas for a quick mid-week meal.
Storage:
Your meat will arrive frozen. When your meat arrives, simply pop it into your freezer. Defrost in your fridge until fully thawed, then allow the beef to come up to room temperature before cooking.
